Debbie Manners is Chief Operating Officer of Hat Trick Productions, which she joined in 2008. In addition, she is the current Chair of Pact for 2010.
Prior to this she was Group Commercial Director at RDF Group, Director of Rights at Flextech and Head of Rights and Business Affairs at the BBC.
